Rubber bladder is pre-charged with nitrogen up to 50-60% of the system pressure. As water passes by the pulsation dampener, it absorbs the pulsations that come from the movement of water in the system. It is designed to protect pump equipment and piping in the system and can reduce pulsations down to 4%.",
